We are currently looking for an experienced cook to join our team on a full time basis and manage our diverse kitchen.
We have a flexible approach, so hours are based on event requirements and the salary is negoitable dependant on experience
A food hygeine certificate would be desirable but full training will be given.
Our catering offer goes from a simple cafe to bar meals and fully served banquets and buffets.
The ideal candidate will need to be prepared to completely manage the kitchen looking after all aspects of cleaning and EHO paperwork as well as all prepartion and delivery and stock ordering.
